OPPORTUNITY
As part of the global team, I helped conceptualize an immersive virtual shopping experience and pop-ups worldwide that disrupted the customer experience for the Holidays by bridging the online and offline flows.
RESULTS
Social formats performed 6% above the benchmark, Gen Z buyers’ share increased by +4%
I developed 3D renderings, sketches, high fidelity mockups, and a custom spin the wheel that was featured both in store and online.
